New Year, New Resolutions

Looking back to the past,
Looking forward to the year,
Reflecting the changes I want to make.
No more time wasting,
No more wandering,
All I need is the courage to take a big step forward,
To make big changes in my life.

Spend More Time with Family and Friends
1 year, 12 months, 365 days, 8,760 hours, 525,600 minutes, 31,536,000 seconds…
I have been a workaholic,
To make sure my performance up to par.
Do I get what I deserve?
Well, knock myself hard, work shouldn’t come first.
I shall commit to spend more time with those I love this year.

Fit in Fitness
Years ago, I have a very good stamina.
Years later, my metabolism drops.
Months ago, I even admitted into hospital.
Health is wealth.
I am going to make exercising a priority for life.
To keep myself healthy and make me look and feel better.

Enjoy Life More
Have been giving myself the hectic and stressful lifestyles,
Have been pushing myself too hard,
Time to balance my body, mind and soul.
Time to find what I really like to do, and do it.
We all only live once,
So I shall live mine to the fullest.

Save Money
Money is not everything,
But without money, you can’t do anything.
My bills, living expenses, travel expenses…
It is all about money.
Not to be the slave of money,
But to manage my finance well.

Learn Something New
Stepping out my daily routine when possible.
Career change, to achieve what I really want in the future.
Learn a new language (which I wanted to do so long ago ), to be a multilingual person.
Get involve in music, where my interest always in.
A brand new year, a brand new me.

Help Others
I was once being scolded, stupid.
For helping others too much.
Sometimes, I am being questioned, “don’t you think you have done too much?”
Volunteering, helps the needy.
Nothing is too much, nothing is too less.
If I could able to offer my helping hands, why not?
